MONTERO MESA Para lograr una sociedad llena de Bondad es necesario construir un ambiente lleno, íntegramente, con una cultura de paz, el cual es un ambiente donde todos los actores que forman la sociedad local están comprometidos con el respeto a los derechos individuales de las personas; tal como lo diría Benito Juarez: "El respeto al derecho ajeno es la paz". En ese sentido, debemos recordar también, que la Educación es la base fundamental del progreso de los pueblos, por tanto, es además un pilar inigualable en el proceso de la conservación del Estado de Derecho de las naciones. Habiendo dicho lo anterior debemos inferir que hay factores que complementantan los fundamentos ya mencionados. Tales como la Democracia y la Justicia social. Esta última no hace referencia sólo al ámbito judicial, sino también, a la garantia que tienen las personas de todo país, de recibir las atenciones necesirias para el desarrollo de una vida plenamente digna.
